Kolbacken took shape when half Trummor & Orgel, and half The Confusions was put together as a backing band for a party and magical chemistry emerged, and their debut album was recorded from the extraordinary energy that arose. Influenced by the vivid post-punk scene of Sundsvall in early 80-ies they started making pop music with feel from both 80-ies and the 2010-ies. The singel Slutna Ögon was playlisted for three months at national radio P3.
